Shipping & Returns

Orders within the US
All United State orders will receive free shipping.  All Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS flat rate or regional rate boxes.  Orders will typically ship with in 24 hours.

International orders
All non-US orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.  Shipping is calculated after the pending order is confirmed, and no payment is made until you approve the charges. 

In most cases smaller items such as neem oil and soaps can be shiped internationally for $15 via USPS flat rate envelopes or smal boxes. Orders with larger items such as shampoos, mouthwash, and lotion are shipped via USPS medium or large flat rate boxes starting at $40.

Return Policy: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. There are no refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order and original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be shipped back to NeemKing.org, 1909 Barton Pkwy Austin Tx 78704, in unused and undamaged condition.
